In charge of office staff recruitment, personnel files mgt

- HR forms type-in and preparation

- Office daily necessities / stationery purchase and booking

- Take care of general office affairs, docs management, asset management and interior support

- ERP system mgt & type-in, set up and perfect internal database system & report system

- Team activities 

- Other task assigned by Supervisor
