主要职责：

• 负责市场的开拓和公司产品的销售以达到年度销售预算-市场份额，公司收入与业绩。

• 分析前景，开发新客户，增加与现有客户的交易量以完成销售预算量并实现产品销售净利润的增长。

• 建立和维持同现有客户的和谐关系并拥有与潜在客户的紧密联系。

• 在区域中持续找寻新的商业机遇。

• 努力成为所有客户的首选供应商。

• 对照固定预算进行销售业绩的定期（月度，季度）的回顾，分析和报告，针对下一阶段的业绩提升提出矫正措施。

• 同公司生产、质量、物流和其它支持人员紧密协作并维持健康关系。

• 完成上级下达的其他各项任务。

  Requirement：

  任职要求：

• 具有工科相关专业本科学历。参加过市场营销专业培训者优先。

• 至少具有5年工业产品销售经验（资深要求7年以上），金属/化学行业更佳。

• 具备对于产品成本和销售关系、公司产出与收益率相关联的财务预算知识更佳。

• 深度了解中国的商业环境。

• 具备敏锐的商业嗅觉。

• 具备卓越的人际关系技巧并能在公司内外部进行交流。

• 必须能够经常出差。

• 必须工作主动，具备充满活力的个性。

• 必须诚实可靠。

• 除具备优越的中文水平外，能较好地运用书面与口语英语。

• 熟练使用Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word、excel、power-point)lotus等办公软件。
