What is Production? It

s the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

 

Is this your next challenge?

As an HR Operations Partner, you are responsible to keep the business informed about the people and organization agenda to provide value-adding HR solutions. You will provide daily support for HR activities understanding business demands and form a positive working relationship in between the HR team and business team. You will also have operational responsibility over the systems and tools that HR uses, by working with them in an accurate and timely manner and by working on their improvement and development. You drive (together with the rest of the HR team) an agenda that promotes fairness, long-term retention, people development and the engagement of every team member. You act with high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.

Of course, you can’t do all this by yourself! There’s a great team of people that you will collaborate with, both locally and internationally, who will share your ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will interact primarily with the business, management team and other HR colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you need to be driven with a mix of planning and prioritizing skills coupled with out-of-the-box thinking. You need to be always ready to handle multiple priorities with efficient solutions to provide seamless HR support to employees. You have to challenge yourself with new ideas to make things happen. Of course, you’ll also need relevant HR experience in your background.
