Role Purpose

Responsible for the compensation for Retail channel. Support to develop and design distribution/channel strategies through solid market information analysis and cross-functional cooperation, ensure our strategies can be aligned with commercial objectives.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the overall compensation related tasks for Retail channel, including the compensation calculation, data verification, supporting materials checking, and the internal review and approval processes. Ensure the compensation payment in line with GSK distribution policy, trade terms, and any approved proposals.

2.Work as focal contact of distribution team and Retail team.

3.Build connection for Distribution Operation and Retail team or other supporting functions to enhance working efficiency.

4.Support to develop effective and efficient distribution channel strategies for relevant portfolio to ensure a competitive market access and achieve commercial operation development goals

- Deliver distribution analysis on channel features, bidding situation, channel and pricing structure of competitor etc . and integrate these intelligences as the formulation for GSK product distribution strategy development.

- Integrate and coordinate all functional resources (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Distribution operation etc) to accelerate successful implementation of distribution strategies

- Provide constructive advice on system maintenance and improvement of distribution channel management system.

- Lead distribution agreements and SOPs update and compliance management of distributor’s behavior.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in medicine or pharmacy

- Be familiar with healthcare policies

- At least 3 years experience in big Pharma

- Skill and competency: Strong logics and data crunching ability. Good communication skill (influencing and negotiation), good interpersonal skill, presentation & analytic skill, strategic thinking, and creativity

- Leadership: Accountable to achieve excellence with integrity and through team work, positive thinking with willing to challenges

- Good English writing and speaking.
