Primary Accountability
作为产品和市场专家，负责制定及落实施耐德工业控制与自动化产品的市场策略和产品推广计划，并为销售团队的业务开拓提供全面支持。
Key Responsibilities
产品管理:
对施耐德工业控制与自动化产品的性能和优缺点进行分析和研究，根据市场需求提供适合的产品组合以及针对OEM客户的解决方案。
对施耐德工业控制与自动化产品的市场策略和销售政策进行充分的解读，制定符合公司业务发展规划的阶段性和长期产品推广计划。
收集工业控制和自动化产品相关的市场信息，研判产品发展趋势，为业务发展提供策略性建议。
根据客户及市场情况进行分析预测，为公司设定合理的销售及采购指标提供建议。
负责对销售团队进行产品知识培训及政策宣讲。
负责月度季度和年度产品及市场报告的制作。？
业务支持：
作为公司与施耐德沟通的桥梁，维护与施耐德相关团队的业务关系。
陪同销售团队拜访客户，并协助其解决客户端与施耐德相关的问题。
分析及研究现有的采购渠道和方式，制定并执行采购成本优化方案。
集合客户需求与施耐德的市场政策，管理库存产品的总额和周转率。
参与并协助管理层与施耐德的定期会议及商务谈判。
Job Requirements ？
本科或以上学历，自动化控制或电气工程专业优先。 ？
5年或以上变频器，传感器，PLC，伺服系统，运动控制等自动化控制产品管理或销售经验，对工业控制与自动化产品的市场和应用有深入了解。 ？
优秀的沟通技巧和谈判能力，能跨部门协调工作。？
学习能力强，有上进心，愿意频繁出差。？ 英语口语及读写能力优秀者优先。
