POSITION OVERVIEW 职位概况:

  

To supply direction and support to the Engineering, Maintenance and Production Departments in the welding related issues as it relates to capability and compliance with customer welding specifications.

  

在焊接方面给予工程部门、维修部门和生产部门支持，依照顾客在焊接方面的规范。

  

  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 职位要求:

  

  

• Bachelor degree or above major in welding or mechanic engineering related;

  焊接、机械等相关专业，本科以上学历

• Min. 3 years working experience in automotive welding process engineer position;

  至少 3年以上焊接技术岗位工作经验

• Good knowledge and experience of arc welding, spot welding, projection welding processes, equipment, tooling and welding quality requirement;

  熟悉气体保护焊、点焊和其他形式的焊接工艺、设备、夹具以及焊接质量要求等工作

• Be familiar with welding specifications of OEM;

  熟悉整车客户的焊接技术规范

• Good understanding of GD&T;

  熟练掌握GD&T

• Capable of using office software to make report, presentation and so on;

  能够使用常规的工具软件 如AutoCAD、Office软件

• Capability of resolving welding quality issues on site;

  具备解决焊接现场的质量问题的能力

• Good teamwork

Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions 职位描述:

  

  

• Be responsible for welding process development, layout, process flow and equipment & tooling planning;

  负责新产品开发中的焊接工艺方案、工艺布局、流程以及工装准备等

• Be responsible for welding fixture design concept, tooling design and follow up, tryout, up to buy off;

  负责焊接设计方案规划，对供应商设计进行审核、跟踪、调试以及验收

• Create and maintain open issue for welding process related, work with team to follow up and resolve issues;

  编制相关焊接工艺开发的问题清单，并和团队一起合作跟踪并解决这些问题

• Compile related process documents (PFMEA/Control Plan/Flow Chart) and set up welding parameters;

  负责相关工艺文件的编写(PFMEA/控制计划/过程流程等)及焊接工艺参数的设定

• Support daily production to resolve welding quality related issues;

  对日常生产提供技术支持，解决生产过程中的焊接质量问题

• Support sales to make quotation for new business, participate technical review;

  协助报价工程师对新产品进行报价,并参与技术评审工作

• Work within the guidelines of the Handbook;

  根据公司辅助工作手册的大纲内容开展工作

• Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety;

  有义务持续改进和保持工作场所的安全

• TS16949 awareness and adherence;

  了解并贯彻TS16949

• Other duties as may be required;
