General Purpose

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effectively support marketing management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. To maintain and develop Museum customer’s relationship. 

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

·      Work with Marketing manager, coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

·      Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

·      analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

·      develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

·      expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms

·      Support the productivity of the marketing plans and projects

·      deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

·      develop pricing strategy of museum space rental.

·      create marketing presentations

·      liaise with media and advertising

·      collaborate with the sales function

Education and Experience

·      business or marketing-related or sales degree or equivalent professional qualification

·      experience in marketing or sales 

·      technical marketing skills

·      Proven experience in customer and market research

·      experience with relevant software applications

上海余德耀美术馆是隶属于余德耀基金会的非营利性机构。作为国内馆藏最为丰富的私人美术馆之一，上海余德耀美术馆力在呈现出一条较为完整的中国当代艺术史的发展脉络，同时也会展出许多国际知名艺术家的重量级装置作品。致力于增进公众对当代艺术的理解和欣赏，促进当代艺术家的成长，推动当代艺术的发展。

余德耀美术馆坐落于“西岸文化走廊”，东临滨江的龙腾大道，北依丰谷路，由原龙华机场的大机库改建而成。总面积9000多平米的建筑中，老机库改建的主展厅就占了3000多平米，其特有的巨大空间与张扬的结构感，与余先生以装置为主的藏品相得益彰。

余德耀美术馆的基本设计是希望在维持原有的老机库风格基础上，通过对青葱树木和明亮开放型玻璃厅的规划利用，重新设计建筑空间以适应庞大展览的需求。在尊重历史的前提下，历经变革 的老机库令美术馆富有视觉冲击力与历史的沧桑感，而新建的玻璃大厅则让其充分体现亲和力， 二者融为一体，是当代建筑史上新老融合的代表作之一。

咖啡厅，餐厅，商店和特别展览室还将以三维体系呈现在偌大的玻璃厅内。 此外，玻璃厅内多层次的结构布局也将随着游客的步子展开高低错落的移动，可以说，这种建筑结构设计不仅意在延续城市风貌，还着力于提升上海这座国际化都市内外兼修的品格。
