1. 统筹公司品牌的市场运营管理工作，制定运营策略，拆解分配运营指标并跟进落实运营结果

2. 建立符合全国市场情况的整套品牌管理系统，建立品牌市场营销体系化运作模式，。

3. 组织品牌建设与市场推广工作, 协调各部门资源；

4. 定义品牌宣传策略，连接各部门，企划，分析以及执行大型品牌活动；

5. 根据公司销售业务情况及销售需求，合理规划市场运作（国内国际展会, 公关，线上宣传，网站运营及建设，社交媒体，异业或品牌合作）预算，以达到最优化的投入产出比;

6. 根据公司阶段性市场目标，审核并组织制定营销计划及方案，广告宣传及公共关系的发展计划及方案等工作；

7.组织进行市场调研与分析，根据业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供良好的依据；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，10年以上工作经验，或任职市场总监5年以上，具有厨具类或小家电类行业从业背景者优先；

2、对品牌具有深刻的理解，对市场具有良好的分析判断；

3、有活动策划，活动执行，新媒体运营，微信运营等经验

4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

5、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。
