Financial Reporting:

·        Retrieve monthly SAP reports and prepare all management reports with findings/comments;

·        Work with Accenture team to ensure on time and accurate delivery of reports;

·        Consolidate legal view P&L of BU commercial and supply chain;

·        Prepare monthly closing calendar based on Global financial calendar and;

·        Ad hoc projects assigned.

CAPEX Management:

·        Review/Prepare CAPEX application and check KPIs to ensure Company benchmark is met;

·        Raise online CAPEX application and monitor the progress;

·        Monitor CAPEX spending vs budget vs forecast and bring forward risks or opportunities identified.

Performance Measurement:

·        Achieve annual targets and KPI;

·        On time in full submission of external and internal reports with good quality;

Recognition within finance organization and cross functions.
