Responsibility:

? Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies under minimal supervision

? Remove impediments to make sure iteration can progress smoothly.

? Manage dependencies between the Scrum team and other teams, collaborating with other roles on issue identification and resolution

? Coaching scrum team on Agile software development best practices

? Work with product owner to define the user story clearly

? Protect team from external interruption during iterations as much as possible

? Maintains relevant metrics to help the team aware of their performance

? Drive the continuous improvements in the team and coach the team to be self-organized

? Monitor and manage the risks for each release and iteration

? Ensure high quality delivery via servant leadership

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or above, good English verbal and written communication skills

? CSM or equivalent certifications

? 5+ year software development or Project Management experience using Agile methodologies and 3+ years as scrum master

? Proficient on Scrum framework and Agile mindset/practice

? Proven track of driving continuous improvement, both team and self-continuous improvement

? Ability of leading team as servant leader

? Ability of motivating team as well as Self-motivation, and able to work under minimal supervision

? Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management and influencing skills

? Experience of managing distributed scrum team is preferred

? Agile coaching experience is preferred

? Knowledge of SAFe, Kanban, Lean is preferred

? Mobile, MicroService, BigData, AI or other related technical knowledge is preferred
