1.Act as a key player on Supply Chain business management and projects, include but not limited to warehouse, planning, etc.

2.Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports. Monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set objectives.

3.Managing routine reporting package of supply chain operations including full analysis of wareshouse, planning, and key metrics.

4.Provide oversight of the slow moving and obsolete inventory process, and physical inventories.

5.Ad-hoc analysis and special project review/analysis.

6.Leading the functions of material planning, production scheduling, demand/capacity planning.

7.Working as a communication and coordination bridge between related functions in operation internally and externally.

8.Forecast management in system, Production capacity planning for both short term and long term, Materials planning timely and effectively at the base of closely chasing of reasonable stock level.

9.Apply advance supply chain technology & approaches within the organization to improve supply chain processes.

Develop staff within all levels of supply chain organization.
