岗位职责：

1. 独立完成公司所有类别的基础岗位招聘工作;
2. 组织实施简历甄别、筛选、面试、录用等工作;
3. 建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制，完善招聘制度，并依据实际情况及时修订，以提升招聘效率;
4. 与业务部门及HRBP保持有效沟通，跟进招聘结果和流程反馈；
5. 具有人才地图理念，根据业务部门人才战略及部署定向挖掘特优人才，迅速搭建人才体系以应对市场挑战。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历, 1-3年游戏或互联网行业背景, 对游戏有一定了解;
2. 热爱招聘工作，具备主动挖掘人才、和人才快速建立关系的热情和能力；
3. 熟练掌握招聘及面试技巧，不断提升自身能力，希望在招聘领域成为专家。
4. 优秀的沟通、表达能力和抗压能力，责任心强;
5. 良好的人际理解力、灵活、观察敏锐，具有较强的亲和力与自我驱动力。
