岗位职责（测试用职位）

1、根据公司业务发展需要及区域市场特点，制定软件产品销售策略及业务拓展计划；

2、负责区域客户关系的开发与维护，发掘新客户，组织执行销售策略，实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标；

3、建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，主持客户的业务谈判及成交，落实客户货款的回收，创建长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系；

4、确保销售业绩的达成与销售费用的合理分配与控制；

5、根据公司的长远发展需要，组织开展销售团队建设，负责团队目标绩效管理，支持销售目标的达成。

任职资格

1、本科以上学历。

2、3年以上管理工作经验；

3、能独立定制客户方案，并积极寻求让客户满意的策略；

4、扎实的文字功底，敏锐的市场触觉，出色的逻辑分析能力；

5、良好的团队合作精神，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，极强的解决问题的能力；

6、工作主动性强，思维敏捷，有较强的创新能力。
