1、有2年及以上海内外著名建筑设计公司案例创作经验，对动画事业有浓厚兴趣，并有志在本行业内持续发展，工作认真负责，有良好的团队合作精神；

2、精通3DMAX,AUTOCAD，PHOTOSHOP、各类渲染器等相关软件；

3、擅长建筑动画渲染，镜头表现，对模型，灯光，材质，镜头有独到见解和控制能力，熟练掌握室外室内等渲染技巧，对后期合成技术有一定了解；

4、有一定的设计能力和美术专业知识，有较高的建筑鉴赏力和艺术修养。在色彩，构图，素描关系方面有较强的把握能力；

5、环境艺术、美术、建筑学等相关专业毕业，优先考虑；

6、熟悉基本的流体和动力学的优先考虑。
