Role Objectives

• Based in Shanghai, be a key part of the product development team.

• Electrical design of light curtain product from concept to production, as per Chinese Lift industry standard for the Chinese market    

• Generate innovative product concepts/solutions  

• To be responsible for product test specifications. To lead the internal testing and external field trials of new products

• To be responsible for the product throughout the full life cycle

• To provide timely and immediate response to customer's inquiries and feedback

• To communicate any problems/design improvement required with the development team so the problem can be resolved without impacting the project schedule or customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support to sales, marketing, production, quality and purchasing on light curtain products.

• 负责产品的测试指标编写，指导测试工程师，主导内部与外部测试。
• 负责产品生命周期的技术与问题解决，包括前期的客户需求，产品概念，设计方案，详细设计，测试验证，转正式生产，后期的问题解决等等。

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop product specifications for new products.  

• Design the hardware of products. Some simple single chip processor's coding needed.  

• Prepare and release of component specifications and Bill of Materials.
• Coordinate/organize prototype builds, fault finding, samples tracking, and field evaluation for NPD.
• Generate product test specification to ensure no faulty units is getting out of the Avire factory  

• To lead the internal testing and external field trials of new products to ensure all test items are signed off in a timely manner

• To be responsible for the product throughout the full life cycle, from concept generation to EOL

• To determine test equipment specs for the product team to implement      

• Managing / coordinating engineering changes and maintain detailed design records  

• Test lead of all internal and external testing. Personally attend field trail test sites.

• Customer visit to collect customer feedback and market information, provide technical representation at customer and project related meetings

• 负责器件选型、规格制定和产品BOM制定。

• 组织协调产品试制与生产问题处理，故障定位，进行产品的现场研发测试。

• 制定产品的测试方案，会进行系统的故障分析。

• 组织协调产品的内部与外部测试。

• 负责产品从概率到生命周期结束的研发问题处理。

• 指导测试和产品工程师进行相关的测试。

• 研发项目的管理与人员沟通协调。

• 组织内部和外部的研发测试。                                  

Requirements:  

• Demonstrate a track record of analog circuit  design and mass produced electronics product development  

• Schematic, 4-layer PCB design and circuit simulation (SPIC).  

• 1 year experience in analog circuit and PIC/AVR or other MCU design is preferred.

• Excellent problem solving skills. Extremely proactive to issues/problems and have a can-do/don't-take-no-for-an-answer attitude.

• Be able to complete a task/project from start to finish.  

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate and express himself / herself and the situation clearly

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics (or similar).

• 原理图，4层PCB的设计，能够进行电路仿真，比如SPIC。

• ***有1年以上的模拟电路设计，PIC、AVR等单片机设计。

• 良好的问题解决能力，主动解决问题的态度。

• 了解项目管理流程，良好的时间管理习惯。

• 良好的人际交流能力，快速准确的表达与理解能力。

• 要求具有电子方向，著名大学本科及以上学历。

Desired skills:  

• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English skills to ensure effective communication with UK HQ

• Design for EMC experience. Knowledge of EMC specification and test procedures.

• Programming in C or other languages.

• Experience in Serial Bus communication such as CAN, RS422/RS485, RS232, SPI, I2C, etc is required.

• Add-on experience over Network connectivity such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, BT, etc

• EMC设计经验，标准和测试方法。

• 少量的C语言编程与调试定位能力。

• 熟悉通用接口比如CAN、RS422、RS485、SPI、I2C等。
