主要职责(Main Responsibilities):

 提供门店2线IT支持

通过远程分析、判断、处理电脑故障及IT设备故障

职位要求(Position Requirements):

  1、大学专科以上学历，2年桌面支持工作工作经验；

 2、熟悉Windows操作系统、网络配置、零售POS系统以及相关硬件支持；

3、熟练掌握IT运维支持中出现的服务故障、系统故障、网络故障；

4. 良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力及抗压能力
