1.负责实验室人员培训及设备管理； 

2.实验室测试异常或设备异常的提报、追踪、确认处理 

3.依据国际或行业标准及客户提供标准制修定厂内测试标准，确保厂内测试产品按标准执行。 

4.负责编制及审核确认实验室相关测试报告(安测、性能等); 

5.实验室相关记录归档，保存达到目视管理。 

6.跨部门沟通和上级主管交办事项。 

任职要求： 

1.具有锂电池厂实验室工作经验或锂电池厂电极工作经验(具有锂电池实验室管理经验优先); 

2.具备一定的实验室规划与报告整合的能力; 

3.能够看懂相关行业测试标准规范; 

4.具备一定的材料相关原理知识; 

5.沟通、协调能力强; 

6.化工类专业优先 

7.计算机操作熟练。
