1.和客户经理对接，跟进项目过程，准确把控项目进度，根据实际情况向重要干系人反馈项目信息

2.负责有效协调干系人并管理期望值，确保项目有序推进，及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险，协调项目资源，保证项目目标能够按预期实现落地。

3.协助PM完成项目各阶段的管理

4.推进项目实施，协助进行项目进度及综合项目管理

5. 负责项目中的其他各类事务性工作

其他要求：

1 . 大专以上学历，1年以上PMO相关工作经验

2. 良好的分析、解决问题能力，较强的沟通协调能力。

3.了解it项目，

4.熟练运用相关办公软件

5.性格外向，良好的沟通协调能力
