General Position Description

• This role will be responsible for application project implementation & delivery and will be involved in the application system daily operation and support.

• The scope will be focused on ERP application and can be extended to other application systems based on business requests such as CRM, commerce etc.

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Work with application team of Terex China on the application project implementation, that including project plan, budget, assignments arrangement, project management, production support management, documents management.

• Control and manage the whole life cycle for project.

• Make alignment with business and support business to improve continually.

• Generic management includes vender management, budget control, organization planning.

• Identify the risk and issues for ERP projects during the different phase, report updated status of project to IT Director or related business stakeholder.

• Collect business requirements, make the cycle plan every year in alignment with business requirements.

• Document and generate some standardizations that can be reused in the future, improve the operational process for application team.

• Provides a wide variety of one-on-one instruction, help, and troubleshooting on common to advanced application system problems used for finance, supply chain management and manufacturing. Performs a wide variety of diagnostic inspections and repair on ERP application and assists the business to validate and repair data. Creates, maintains and administers documentation and training for the usage of application systems. Creates and maintains queries and reports as required to support the business.

• Prepare training material for business users, conduct the users training accordingly.

• Drive the compliance for policy and requirement from local company and corporation, follow the SOX requirement and provide the right evidence accordingly.

• Provide application service for all the factories and offices in Terex China.

  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information System Management or related disciplines.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Minimum 5+ years of IT ERP project implementation experience.

• Good in-depth knowledge of package solution, having Kingdee K3, SAP or Oracle is preferred.

• Programming experience in SQL and VB etc.

• Good understanding of the manufacturing industry, preferred experience in Production, Supply Chain Management and Finance projects implementation.

• Team work player and work with a matrix project team.

• Good analytical, problem solving skills.

• Quick Learner and flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
