The Job

  

• Recruit Chinese e-commerce merchants for the fastest growing German marketplace real.de
• Ensure all merchants to complete the on-boarding cycle and smooth operate on our e-Commerce Platform
• Support b2b-customers in terms of account optimization and revenue maximization
• Convert your merchants’ ideas into great new features
• Present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs / local fairs
• Maintain close relationships with commercial partners and key account merchants to explore business opportunities
• Work closely with German internal departments including Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing and Tech-Development
• Assist in the development and implementation of collaboration strategy with business partners
• Prepare reports and business analysis to support business decisions

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

• University graduates preferably in international business, retail or e-commerce
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in e-Commerce and merchant acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You possess an excellent understanding of numbers
• Independent, proactive and with high level of integrity
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in German language is a plus
• Station in Shenzhen and is flexible to travel
