Position Requirements

1. Education / Certifications

- College or above degree in IT Management, Information Management & Information System or other related major will be preferred

2. Experience / Qualifications

- With 1-3 years' working experience in Customer Service in Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Transport, or other related industries

- Knowledge in enterprise software used in Retail or Distribution (CRM, WMS, ERP, etc.) will be highly considered

- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Projects)

- Adherence to our Core Values is a must

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to manage stress

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good English and Chinese language abilities is preferred

- Good team player, with strong ability to work closely with internal and external people

- Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills
