1. 完成全球采购订单的确认，下达，交货，报关，付款等工作，达到客户的及时交货的需求

Global Sourcing purchase order confirmation, delivery, customs, payment and support QC function for quality control.

2. 负责部分标准件物料的供应商管理，包括产品询价，新供应商引入，供应商绩效管理，不合格供应商退出等。

Responsible for some standard material commodity management   

3. 负责项目特定物料的采购订单，物料跟进，确保满足项目生产需求

Responsible for project specific materials ordering, tracking delivery to ensure material availability

4. 负责维护管理采购部门相关文档和工作流程，并持续改进

Maintain department documents, processes and continously improve

5.对采购数据定期整理分析，为采购方向提供支持，并维护系统数据

Procurement data analysis and ERP system input  

6.  完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务

Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management

    

任职资格 Qualifications Required:

1. 本科学历，机械工程相关专业

Bachelor degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivale

2. 制造行业3年以上采购工作经验

At least 3 years sourcing experience in manufacturing industry  

3.良好的谈判沟通技巧，英语水平佳（书面、口语）

Good negotiation/communication and excellent command of written and oral English
