Job Title: ARM/Senior Officer

Report to: Department Head

Position Summary

• Assist Relationship Manager on growing loan and deposit portfolio, as well as managing credit risk on each credit customer.
• Cooperate internally with all departments to facilitate internal reporting on the Entertainment portfolio.

• Interact with customers, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other information for purpose of due diligence. Assist in KYC and account opening for new and existing customers. Become familiarized with online banking functions and be able to provide preliminary assistance to customer when they encounter issues associated with online banking.
• Assist Relationship Manager to build relationships with corporate customers so as to maintain a sustained and reliable support service.
• Assist Relationship Manager in preparing financial analysis and credit proposals and following up related credit facilities in a smooth manner.
• Handel inquiries from both external and internal customers; maintain timely reporting in response to regulatory inquires.
• Work as the liaison between external and internal customers and deliver results and values in consistent with East West Bank core value and cultures.
• Assist in team administrative tasks.
