Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize and follow-up for marketing conference, client events, and external sponsorship events.

2. Work closely with the teammates、service lines and external vendors/association to ensure the success of events.

3.  Operate the social media accounts of GT Shanghai and well-delivered social content mainly on WeChat platform what are consistent with brand message and social content strategy.

4.Execute the brand strategy and campaign to enhance the brand awareness, including marketing assets creation.

5. Manage communication materials for all marketing items, and develop the publications and thought leadership materials.

6. Provide support in other ad-hoc marketing activities and issues.

 

Skills and Specifications：

1.Minimum 3 years related experience in international company, professional service firm experience is preferred

2. Fluency in Mandarin and English oral and written, editorial experiences is preferred.

3. Good event management skills

4.Excellent communication and presentation skill

5. Proactive, independent and diligent personality

6.Advanced skill in PPT, Excel
