工作内容：

1、负责管理教学部教师，营造积极向上团队氛围； 

2、依据整体运营目标，把握中心教学和学术工作的关键指标； 

3、配合机构，评估和监控中心的教学质量及各类沟通工作的质量； 

4、配合机构，负责培训新教师，培养、提拔优秀教师；

5、保质保量的完成上级交办的其他任务。 

任职要求： 

1、本科及以上学历，至少3年以上的自闭症等特殊人群一线教学经验，大专学历优秀者，可考虑

2、具有至少1年的教学团队管理的经验；

3、具有培训教师各项技能的经验；

4、积极向上，乐于助人，传递正能量。
