Job responsibility   

?Demonstrate analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple resources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information for a more general understanding.

?Work in partnership with key purchasing team members on system requirements and the related processes. Provide knowledge and input on the system implications of procurement process changes. Keep latest approved processes updated and documented timely. 

?Analyze system and process requirements, assess alternative solutions, design, develop and implement SAP system solutions using Durr standards. 

?Own weekly/monthly procurement reports including but not limited to Sourcing Pipeline, Supplier Performance Evaluation, PPV on major commodities, Purchasing Group Effectiveness Index, etc. 

?Participate in presentation of reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations. 

?Liaison with other functional departments for data mining and analysis to gain insight on cross functional process improvement potential. 

?Evaluate purchasing processes including KPI development and utilization, quantitative/qualitative root-cause analyses and reports for purchasing management. 

?Perform other ad-hoc reporting/analysis tasks assigned by line manager. 

 Job Requirments:

?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics or the equivalent. 

?At least 2 years of analytical and database experience. Consulting experience or purchasing experience is a plus. 

?Advanced knowledge in SQL. 

?Proficiency with multiple analytical and database tools. (e.g. Tableau/SAP BI)

?Excellent data visualization skills. 

?Good at learning new knowledge, be willing to improve yourself and have influence in the work.

?Sensitive to data and able to provide management decision Suggestions through data analysis. 

?Fluent oral English.
