Core Responsibilities

• 根据部门人才发展战略和计划，对现有培训课程进行管理，包括培训记录、员工访谈、课程库管理、培训平台维护、微课制作等
• 根据培训需求（包括业务需求、流程更新、语言话术等），独立开发培训课程，包括课件准备、更新迭代、优化等
• 对收集到的培训反馈等素材进行汇总、整理，并提出可行性优化方案，不断完善培训课程
• 确保所有记录和文档的归档和保存，协助培训课程的执行和落地，配合完善培训体系
• 完成人才发展高级主管所布置的其他培训项目和工作任务

Key Qualifications and Experience

• 全日制本科或以上学历
• 优秀的英语书面和口语能力，有在英语国家工作经验者优先
• 1年以上培训工作经验，有管理咨询工作经验者优先；旅游行业、互联网行业或全球化公司工作经验优先
• 具备良好的课程开发能力，熟练运用各类课件开发工具，如PPT、创课贴、长图文等
• 有网络课程平台、线上课程库管理意识
• 有良好的沟通能力、执行能力和抗压能力；对待工作认真负责，并有协同合作的精神
