2. Prepare technical specifications and work scope in liaison with client and project team;

3. Provide technical support for the construction team;

4. Write professional report to client and project team;

5.Familiar with local codes and standards, as well as international codes;

Qualifications:
1. Civil, structure, architecture, electrical, mechanical, HVAC;
土建、结构、建筑、机电或暖通专业
2. Minimum 3 years experience in design or construction, familiar with cooperation between each disciplines;
在设计院或施工单位至少3年工作经验，熟悉与各专业的合作
3. Basic skill of Microsoft and AutoCAD
熟悉办公软件和CAD
4. Willing to travel
