Responsibilities: This position leads and drives sales revenue growth for Crucial Branded Products specifically through target SIs, B2B customers
Develop strong relationships on all levels within assigned/target accounts
Champion the accounts at all levels internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs and profitability
Work closely with Disty regarding shipment, inventory level, RMA, etc.
Achieve high sales quotas, targets and growth goals
Maintain current customers and increase our share
Develop new customers
Call for all the supports internally and externally to solve problems
Be responsible for all the customers’ requirements
Always open/look for to new opportunities
Generate and execute new ideas
Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing
Requirements:
6+ years working experience with SI/B2B sales, specifically Server DRAM, SSD, HDD or PC peripherals.
Deep knowledge of local SIs/B2B Corporate operation models and culture
Good network with target SIs for Server DRAM and SSD business
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills – verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills
Analytical and project management skills
Polite, friendly and diplomatic demeanor
Problem solver
Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
Provide feedback on market conditions, competitive activities and pricing
Ability to generate and execute new ideas
BS degree, English communication is a plus
