职位描述

岗位职责：

1、为客户进行用药指导，协助客户进行下单操作；

2、进行处方药处方审核；

3、对顾客进行电话回访，了解顾客满意度及二次购买意向。

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历，药学相关专业；

2.年龄42岁以下；

3.熟悉医药行业相关知识、常用药的基本用药常识；

4.有较强的服务意识能吃苦，具有较强的服务意识和团队合作精神。
