工作职责:

1. 协调和管理当地的办事处完成工商、税务等行政任务。

Coordinate and manage local office on industrial, commercial, taxation and other administrative tasks.

2. 与相关政府部门保持良好的沟通。

Maintain good communication with relevant government departments.

3. 协助工作人员办理签证有关的事务。

Assist staff with visa-related matters.

4. 负责供应商的谈判和管理，固定资产和存货管理，以及办公设施的管理和维护。

Be responsible for supplier negotiation and management, fixed asset and inventory management, and office facilities management & maintenance.

5. 经理分派的临时工作

Ad-hoc work assigned by manager

1. 大专及以上学历

College degree or above
