Job Title: Junior Accountant (1-year contractor)

Reports to: Controller

Subordinate: N/A

Working Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Month end closing:
  • Assists in monthly end closing, prepare some entries in the general ledger in SAP
  • Ensure timely and accurately intercompany adjustment entry booking to avoid gap with Intercompany partners.
• Daily:
  • Customer/vendor code maintain/change request to Share Service Center.
  • Download bank statement. Overseas payment documents preparation.
  • Intercompany AR & AP booking voucher preparation. Check 3rd party Payable supporting.
  • Issue VAT invoices monthly, buy VAT invoices from tax office, download VAT list every month.
  • Submit purchase request for team.
• The other works required by manager.

Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance bachelor’s degree.
• 1 - 3+ years’ experience as Corporate Accountant.
• VAT invoice issuing and overseas payment experience is a plus.
• Previous SAP Experience / Knowledge of SAP - especially Profit Center Accounting
• Strong analytical and excel skills.
• Good communication skills with positive attitude and ability to interact with multiple customers/vendors.
