Prepare the financial/operational analysis and reporting from manufacturing plants of Electronics Product line, AP. e.g monthly/quarterly financial/operational review and forecast.

Participate and support in the development of the Asia Pacific Annual Operating Plan and Five Year Strategic Plan for Electronics Product Line.

On regular basis, take operational analysis for the key business initiatives in order to support the strategic improvement for the Electronics business growth.

Provide strong analytical tool for project evaluation. Initiate effective business analysis via building up business model and identifying key financial indicators.

Involve into various business development projects and support the management team with solid business analysis.

Working with the Operation department and other functions such as Engineering & Sourcing for cost and expense control and productivity improvement within the region.

Provide general support to all finance / accounting functions for the manufacturing entities in the region.

Support the business units for internal control and risk management (incl SOX compliance).

任职要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance related major.

Over 6 years in finance or business development department, with strong focus on operational and business analysis, gained from a multinational with large Asia Pacific presence

Auto/manufacturing industry background preferred.

Strong analytical skill in operational analysis, business modeling.

Strong business acumen. Able to interpret financial date into business stories.

Strong communication and coordination skill

Fluent English both written and spoken

Proactive approach and good team players

Capability to multi-tasks and work under pressure

Open-minded, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible. Attention to details. Dedication and good time management skill with respect for deadlines.

Computer literate. Strong Excel spreadsheet and ERP application skills.
