Merchandising Specialist

What do we expect from you?

You will be mainly responsible for the store floor plan and product merchandising plan of physical stores in ALDI CHINA. Through close cooperation with the Teams of Buying, Store Operations, etc., you will create category layouts and build planograms. Meanwhile you are expected to optimize the key merchandising indicators, such as product display logic, on-shelf stock and so on, via utilizing the data of product attributes, sales performance, etc., so as to present the products in stores in a way more consistent with shoppers’ behaviours, and thus better drive the sales.

您将主要负责奥乐齐中国线下实体店空间布局的规划及商品的陈列规划。通过与采购及营运等部门的通力合作，制作门店品类布局图及商品台账图，并借助商品属性及销售表现等数据，优化陈列逻辑、架上库存等关键陈列指标，使其以更符合购物者行为的方式呈现于门店，并以此更好地推动销售。

职位要求：

What are we looking for?

We want you to have a bachelor degree or above and space/merchandising planning or category management experience for at least 1 year in FMCG or retail industry. You have good learning, communication and change adaptation abilities. You are willing to and have the flexibility to integrate into a diverse team. A focused, cautious and detail-oriented work attitude is a must.
