Job Title: Purchasing Intern

Reports to: Procurement Analyst

Subordinate: N/A

Working Location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

• Mainly support Purchasing Director and team in daily operation

Responsibilities:

• Assist purchasing director in arrangement meeting, reimbursement, business travel, etc.
• Approve PAC requests
• Host sourcing board meeting, staff meeting
• Monitoring team's staff change, update related information
• Organize and support team activity: team building, annual dinner performance, China purchasing leadership summit
• Help new comers settle down in office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English or Administration are preferred;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong accountability and detail-oriented;
• Available >=3 days a week; From 2019/10/28 ~2020/2/29.
• Good communication skills and team work spirit;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
