岗位描述：

1、负责品类运营工作，促进类目快速成长

2、对类目流量、订单、GMV、转化、会员、复购、动销、客单等各项运营指标进行监控和分析，并及时调整类目运营计划和运营策略

3、负责分类月度、季节性活动规划及促销机制落地，持续优化各购物路径中成交表现

4、负责部门相应频道选品及维护，充分利用各资源位完成销售指标

5、进行本地化运营策略，贴近华南/华东/华北用户推广当地喜爱的品牌及商品

6、与采购、总部运营及合作部门配合，完成其他事宜

 

岗位要求

1、大学本科或以上学历，5年以上电商运营经验，精通B2C自营电商模式

2、有知名自营电商类目运营经验、频道运营、活动运营工作经验、POP平台行业运营经验优先

3、擅长流量管理，有一定打造爆款能力及活动策划能力

4、数据敏感度高，能通过各种方式提升类目、频道及所负责项目产出

5、良好的沟通力及跨部门团队合作精神，学习能力佳，责任心强，愿意接受挑战，以结果为导向

6、了解华南/华东/华北当地风土人情，熟悉华南/华东/华北用户消费习惯
