职位描述
- ？ Identify areas/ segments/ business models/ land/ real estate with high growth potential
？ Assess opportunities for investment and divestment and drive all aspects of the investment process until completion
？ Liaise with different parties to maximise profit, monitoring budget and expenditure and ensuring property business plans are executed.
？ Drive the initiation, feasibility and execution of approved asset enhancement plans for our projects.
？ Develop relationships with financial institutes, brokers, related government authorities and real estate players
？ Advise and participate in Business Development team management
Who You’ll Work With
？ Report to Business Director, Mixed Use Development (“MUD”)
？ Work closely with various functions in the company including Design & Planning, Project, Asset Management, Leasing, Operation, Marketing, Property Management, HR, Finance and Legal
？ Work closely with company’s regional offices including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Hong Kong
Who You Are
You are a professional with the ability to formulate the Business Development plan, liaise with various functions to maximise profit and ensuring property business plans are executed.

？ Have the ability to engage team members of different backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization towards same objective
？ MBA/Master/Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Business/Finance or related disciplines
？ CFA/CPA/MRICS/HKIS or equivalent
？ At least 8-10 years of managerial experience in real estate business. Must have proven track record of strategy development for investment and asset management
？ Proficiency in financial modeling is essential
？ Fluent in English & Chinese both in oral and written
？ Able to travel for business regularly
