岗位职责Description:
Market development and customer management
市场开发和客户管理
Approach existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and Raybond specific sales methods.
通过Raybond特定销售方式和合适的方法来维护和开发新客户
Organize efficient internal communication in order to successfully establish the Raybond business model in China.
通过有效的内部沟通促进Raybond商业模式在中国的成功建立
Report market trends and customer tendencies back to marketing.
报告市场趋向和客户动态
Establish user manuals and maintenance levels
建立使用手册和分级保养标准
Build a sales support materials such as customer specific sample sets/brochures, or the participation on an industry specific exhibition.

Collect and summarize ongoing sales activities and review these on a regular basis with the management and engineering support teams.
收集和总结销售活动,和管理层以及工程支持团队定期回顾。
Carefully evaluate the technical, financial and logistical needs of a given tier and/or OEM client, build a benchmark of the customer’s current bonding need, summarize and archive the information. Outline the problem areas, clearly define the objectives of the project, validate this with the customer and then communicate all this to the internal support teams. 仔细评估主机厂和其他客户的技术、付款和物流需求,收集客户目前的粘胶基准和需求,总结和归档信息。找出问题领域,明确项目目标,与客户及时确认,然后这一切传达给内部支持团队。
Calculate the financial aspects of a given bonding package, quote it to the customer while taking responsibility of the ROI.

Assist in establishing a machine maintenance plan and calculate and offer the total service package.
协助建立机器保养计划,设定和提供全套服务。
Follow the industrialization of the project from the identification of areas for development to the installation and start of production at the customer.

Frequently evaluate the activity status, making sure the project runs to plan and meets the customer’s expectations. Provide action plan in case project timing is jeopardized.

Measure quotation hit rates quarterly, report the results back to management.

Prepare annual sales budget according to the develop policy of company and market status.

College and above大专及以上
Management, Engineering or Market major管理,工程或者销售相关
Industrial Experience行业经验3-5 years

Good negotiation skills and good at building customer relations.
具有很强的沟通、组织、管理能力,优秀的谈判技巧,并擅长处理处理客户关系。
