Position Description:

• Lead the Connector Engineering Team, responsible for the state-of-the-art RF Connector Design and Fulfillment, including trouble-shooting for RF Connector & Cable assembly.

• Manage development projects for Key Accounts & Product Management, including coordination with Manufacturing, Quality and Vendors

• Provide Technical Support and Product Solutions to Sales and directly to Customers.  

 

Qualifications:

• BS degree or equivalent, preferred in Communication, Mechanical or Electronics.

• 8-10 years’ Work Experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment, preferred with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products.

• Skilled with CST or HFSS Simulation software as well as Solidworks and AutoCAD design software, for designing the RF coaxial connectors.

• Highly Motivated Self-starting attitude with desire to directly impact the Success of the company and for increasing levels of responsibility.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and Highly motivated self-starting attitude with desire to directly impact the success of the company and for increasing levels of responsibility.

• Effective Communication, Spoken or Written in both Chinese & English.
