The purpose of this position is to support and enable own and cross functional team members to reach functional goals. You will be following processes and suggest improvements as well as giving input to decisions and implementing required process/project. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by being the link between customer, function and IKEA. As Business Analyst, you are responsible for the scope of Asia Pacific, but will focus more on China business.

You will:
? understand the goals, business priorities and follow through on commitments and achieve results in line with the IKEA vision and values

? consolidate and demonstrate different sources of data in a simplified and visualized way in order to contribute business decision and recommendations

? provide data support for market study, cost analysis, supplier evaluation for critical procurement projects

? maintain compliance reports, generate insights and provide actionable suggestion to continuously improve KPI

? co-operate with team members in other and own units to accomplish KPI
? communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listens actively to gain information
? be the link between global and local to deploy global initiatives in AP level

? seek opportunities for improvement
? demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances
