1 Provision of Legal advisory support to business transactions.

2. Participation in local committees – new products /internal controls /branch ExCo.

3. Review and/or drafting of business and vendor services agreements.

4. Implementation of Group Legal policies and internal rules. 

5. Monthly legal reporting, external legal expense management and support annual budgeting process.

Requirement:

1. 3 to 5 years practical experience

2. PRC laws qualified

3. Proficient in Mandarin and English both written and verbal

4. Ability to work independently

5. Working knowledge of banking products particularly Trade Finance, Cash Management, E-Banking, Working Capital Loans either in private practice or in a bank

6. Familiar with Markets products  e.g. FX and NAFMII documentation    

7. Sound knowledge of banking regulations, PRC contract laws and data protection laws
