RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Design software and firmware features for video and storage projects independently
- Proposal and implement improvements of existing firmware architecture
- Develop software solutions that runs on Linux
- Conduct unit test and integration test
- On the first line to handle the most critical issue
- Make sure good code quality through code review or coaching other team members

REQUIREMENTS:
- MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science
-5 years + work experience in related field, 2 years+ on the storage industry
- Deep understand of storage system, be familiar with at least 2 or more areas in FTL/Nand/PCIe/NVMe/Database/OS storage driver
- Deliver at least one mass-production storage product and play a key role in the project
- Proven debugging ability in complex situation
- Good code style and ability in C/C++, be familiar with different data structure and basic algorithm
- Has passion in innovation and has some unique thoughts on at least one hot spot of storage industry
