工作职责:

1. Leads strategy, design, development and implementation of statistical and modeling projects within WXDX and Mayo Clinical.

2. Provide statistical solution/insight for R&D and clinical projects. The efforts include study design, patient recruiting, data collection, data curation, data mining and clinical report. Provide guidance to the clinical and regulatory teams regarding conclusions and inferences from the data package.

3. Ensure the statistical deliverables such as they are consistently compliant, in timing and quality, with SOPs and departmental standards.

4. Design and apply statistical/mathematical models and AI methodologies to support marketing, ICL, finance and other departments. Oversee the unmet needs of data analytics and contribute to the companies’ business strategies.

5. Collaborate with internal and external partners including hospitals, academic institutes and other industries.

6. Stay up-to-date and be familiar with new technologies and anticipate and exploit use of new technologies that impact decision making in diagnostics.

7. Provide expertise for evaluation of external opportunities.

任职资格:

1. Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics or related fields. Experience in IVD/health care/ pharmaceutical company/biotech is preferred.

2. Familiar with Linux system and skill in SAS, R, Python/Perl programming. Hands-on experience with database system and cloud development/application is a plus.

3. Solid experience with clinical and pre-clinical data analysis, modeling, artificial intelligence and data visualization.

4. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Chinese

5. Proven skills at developing and managing varied relationships within and outside the company
