1.模塑行业质量管理经验3年以上。

2.有2年以上汽车零件塑胶行业的品质工程经验。

3.懂SPC CPK及品质七大手法的运用。

4.可设计工程表单，能熟练操作各种塑胶测量仪器。

5.有良好的沟通协调能力和客户抱怨处理经验。

6.受过质量管理培训ISO9001,有TS16949和TS五大工具培训。

7.APQP前期策划和参与协调制定品质检验标准，并通过审核批准实施。

8.负责外协产品质量异常情况处理和追踪，经过数据分析，出具检验分析报告。

9.负责客诉，进行客诉分析并撰写8D报告。

10.定期对产品品质情况及现场异常情况提出改善建议，并对异常进行数据分析。

11.负责撰写产品检验标准、流程相关PPAP文件，并对下属检验员进行培训。

12.及时巡线发现异常,提出改善意见。

13.工作积极努力，有责任心，沟通能力强，能独立完成领导交待的事情。
