职位描述
Position Requirements
1. Education / Certifications- College or above degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant majors
2. Experience / Qualifications
- More than 2-3 years development experience
- Adherence to our Core Values is a must
- Ability to work in teams is mandatory
- Familiar with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to creatively solve problems, and able to handle pressure
- Have a high energy and possess an innovative mindset
- Professional personal presentation and punctuality
- Good communication skills and coordinate ability
- Good English and Chinese language abilities is preferred
- Deep understanding of Python ecosystem
- Experience in unit testing and integration testing is expected
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and ORM. Understanding of database replication mechanisms
- Experience in REST API development is required
- Proven experience in application design or architecture will be expected
- Experience in complex back-end application development is a plus
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Assistant
- Provide the best solutions to technical challenges the customers and the other team members will bring to the team
- Proactive in proposing new tools, frameworks, solutions, etc. that can improve quality and speed of development and increase projects success
- Provide technical solutions to arising functional needs and work with Project Managers and Pre-sales to validate solutions and budgets for new projects
- Analysis of client’s requests and technologies
- Responsible for the development of common function modules under supervision of the Technical leader
- Write unit tests to validate developed functionalities
- Conduct Test and report to the team leader
- Ensure good quality of code
3. Maintenance
- System performance review and optimisation
- Daily bugs fixing
- System enhancement based on client's needs
4. Reporting
- Daily and weekly progress reporting on projects to team leader
- Weekly One on one meeting with manager to discuss project progress, work performance and improvements
- Weekly conference call meeting with customers in English
5. Miscellaneous
- Other tasks as directed by Management
