MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Loan Operationsis responsible for daily loan transactions and related document checking, paper/system reporting and team related projects, credit facility related handling and issue dealing.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

 

• Preparing facility letter and security documents at according to credit proposal, ensure commercial terms, approval conditions and regulatory requirement are properly reflected.

• Performing CP check according to facility letter and approval condition, set up facility in system after CP fulfilled. Preparation for buying stamp duty for bank side timely.

• Collateral management, acknowledge guarantee/detachment received from overseas branch via SWIFT, booking collateral information and entry into system and corresponding reports submission to Regulators.

• Loan drawdown supporting documents verification and related issue handling. Ensuring the loan drawdown/rollover processing consistence with commercial terms and in compliance with internal procedure as well as regulatory requirements. 

• Monitoring limit utilization, collateral to be expired or over-limited utilized, interest/principal overdue, to notify relevant stakeholders and do escalation properly.

• Accurate input for daily loan transactions, funds transfer, entry posting, etc in FlexCube system and loan advice issuance.

• Being responsible for the data input of various system input such as MBT, CFA, RCPMIS, AML,etc. Performing self-check / data reconciliation per requirement.

• Timely preparation and submission of various regulatory reports assigned to Loan Operations Shanghai.

• Monitorring movement of our team’s suspense account and conduct frequent reconciliation per requirement.

• VAT invoice issuance / issue handling for received loan interest and relevant commission fee via GVAT system and making sure we apply the stipulation from Local Authority.

• Custody of credit file, including original credit proposal, facility letter, collateral, loan transactions, regulatory/internal reports, and etc according to the bank’s policy. Mantianing inventory list in details for each part with good order.

• Implement all Loan Operations Shanghai related projects. Handling issue and communication as assigned by Team Head of Loan Operations.

• Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.
