1、统计员工每日考勤及出勤情况，每月底提交考勤表给人事。

2、负责招聘渠道的运营管理、协助简历筛选、电话邀约、面试接待、初试、安排复试的招聘工作，管理公司人事的档案；

3、负责与物业、电信商等的联系，出现问题时及时报修且跟进，以确保办公室正常运作。

4、负责固定资产、办公用品、饮用水、下午茶、零食区的采购、保管和领用发放，及时做好台账与各类行政费用的结算。

5、起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录，协助组织公司各种活动和会议。

6、负责各类行政档案的整理、保管和领取登记。

7、协助组织协调公司内部活动，如团建、年会等的策划、联系、通知、协调等事宜。

8、负责新员工入职时的欢迎信、办公用品、通讯录等。

9、其他领导交办的任务。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，2年以上工作经验。

2、形象气质佳、声音甜美、普通话标准。

3、为人热情、耐心、主动，具有优秀的服务意识。

4、具有良好的表达、沟通、协调、逻辑判断能力、学习能力和执行力。

5、熟练操作常用办公软件及其他办公设备。
