I. Position Summary

Prepare and fulfill Softline physical testing and/or relative tasks according to standards and/or clients’ requests.

II. Job Responsibilities:

1. Accurately complete testing projects, submit test data reports and run analysis and solve the doubtful data and problems within assigned lead time;

2. Complete testing standard updates and compile the SOP/worksheet;

3. Do daily instrument maintenance;

4. Assist to complete the measurement audit and CNAS (ISO/IEC 17025) audit;

5. Known well to all basic knowledge and client’s standard. Can properly and promptly reply relative softline testing question to all aspects;

6. Assist finishing R&D for new test item/method within lead time;

7. Complete assigned internal training;

8. Effectively assist lab supervisor on personnel management;

9. Finish other tasks assigned by lab supervisor and manager.

III. Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above; prefer major in textile or other related subject, but not limited;

2. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

3. Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;

4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

5. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Good computer skill and command of English;

8. Any quality management related background  would be a plus.
