职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责SPA及门诊前台的管理工作，确保各项服务的正常运作；对各工作环节进行安排及调整，完善部门的服务流程；
2、负责培训管理部门员工，制定培训计划，以提高客服及服务人员的技能和素质；定期监督和完善服务品质；
3、负责对部门员工进行考核评估；
4、妥善处理各方人际关系，解决客户投诉及突发事件处理，提高客户满意度；
5、掌握市场动态，积极适时、有效的开辟新的客户，拓宽业务渠道。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、有五星级酒店，SPA，奢侈品，涉外高端诊所及VIP体检中心相关工作经验优先；
3、熟悉各类SPA品牌及理疗服务疗程；
4、有较强责任心、事业心，良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通，服务意识强，工作耐心细致；
5、认同公司的文化理念；
6、形象气质佳。

上海静和门诊部ChingHo (Shanghai) Clinic是静和医疗（ChingHo Medical）首家按“国际公认医疗服务标准”规划的综合性门诊部，坐落于上海之心零坐标起点位置。门诊设置了：皮肤科、医疗美容、口腔科、中医科、全科、内科、外科、儿科、影像科、运动和康复医学等科室，还配置了CT、B超、临检实验室等先进诊断设备、以及“瓷睿刻”CEREC、万级层流手术室等医疗设备。此外，静和上海门诊部还支持远程医疗、高端医疗商险支付、疫苗服务，可提供中文、英语、日语、韩语、法语等多语言服务。
ChingHo (Shanghai) clinic is located at the core of Shanghai. The clinic has set up Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, Dentistry, TCM, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Imaging, Medicine laboratory, Digital imaging center and other departments.We are equipped with advanced diagnostic equipments including GE CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, CEREC and laminar flow operating room.At the same time, we also provide commercial insurance settlement and medical services in Chinese, English, French, Japanese and Korean.
