Responsibilities:

- Responsible for inbound/outbound logistic matter and warehousing

- Arrange import freight and handle custom clearance matter

- Arrange local freight to deliver the goods to destination

- Liaise with logistic company and responsible for checking monthly bill to ensure correct calculation of freight cost

- Manage after sales service issue that is related to transportation

- Assist in trade show if necessary

Requirements:

- Good command of both Chinese and English in speaking, writing and listening

- Possess at least a diploma degree

- Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in logistic related job

- Product familiarity and technical knowledge is mandatory after training provided by company

- High integrity, discipline and highly cooperative

- Punctuality is of utmost importance

- Team player

- Quick response attitude to customer issue and query

- Need to abide by company non confidentiality agreement

Work Location and Time:

- Training will be provided.

- The office is located in Shanghai Putuo District, will be relocated to Songjiang in 2020

- We work 5 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm
